1. Products are non-refundable after an order was placed.
2. Returns or exchange will only be allowed when there is an intrinsic defect with the product.
3. Should the delivered products be damaged or expired, please contact our customer service hotline at +852-2362-7175 within two days of receiving the products, any reports after two days will be dismissed.
4. Please check your chilled / frozen products carefully. They are non-returnable once sold. No return or exchange for any goods with packaging that have been opened or used.
5. Shipping charges incurred in returns / exchanges will be borne solely by customers if there is no defect on products.
6. Customers are strongly advised to check the conditions of the products before they leave our premises. Merry Go Shop does not bear any responsibilities for any complaints afterwards.
7. Our customer service will contact the buyer for arrangement of the time and date for replacement / return, subject to product stock availability.
8. In case of any disputes, merry go shop reserves the right to make the final decision.
